2016 Goals
I did this last year, and it felt great. I picked a generic goal for each area of health I want to focus on. I've been thinking about my new goals for 2016 for the last few weeks, and these have stuck with me.
Mental: read a new book each month
Emotional: see my therapist once a month
Spiritual: attend the temple each week
Physical: exercise at least 3 times per week
