2016 Goals

I did this last year, and it felt great. I picked a generic goal for each area of health I want to focus on. I've been thinking about my new goals for 2016 for the last few weeks, and these have stuck with me. 

Mental: read a new book each month 

Emotional: see my therapist once a month

Spiritual: attend the temple each week


Physical: exercise at least 3 times per week


Here's to a happy and bright 2016! 

This is my year--We affirm this every year and it works. There is no ceiling to how good life can be when we keep on keeping on while conceiving, believing and achieving at any age.:
