I have just about pulled my hair out trying to figure out the HTML codes. Help a beginner out? I will send you cookies! Or... even better... CAKE POPS!!
If you mean the ones under the header, there's a gadget you can add called "Pages" and it automatically puts in tabs but you can choose if you want it under your header or if you want it in the sidebar. You just drag it wherever after you "add" it to your page!

I would help you but feel you would learn more in the long run if you figured it out for yourself. Ha.
