Goal Setting for Year 27

I am both very excited and very scared to turn 27. However, the changes I've made in the past few months feel like they're all setting me up for a great year. I have chosen to focus on one goal in all four health areas for this year of my life. 

- Work with a personal trainer on my health and fitness to reach goals 

- See a therapist 1 - 2 times a month

- Receive endowments in November 

- Read at least two books a month

Here's to the best version of myself! I am slowly becoming the person I was always meant to be.
