This pattern of life I've chosen... it's not an easy one. I am constantly berated and belittled for my beliefs. I can tell you firmly that I did not choose it because I was born into it. I did not choose it because it was easy. I chose it because it is what I know to be true and because it gives me greater happiness than anything else in this world.
A friend of mine was doing a series featuring guest bloggers and their belief systems. When she asked me to write a post, I was nervous. However; I think it is one of the most important things I've ever written.
