Raise Your Hand...


If you have a love/hate relationship with working out.

Or you just loooove food.

Yeah, me too. I love being sore. I love the aftermath of the gym. But I absolutely HATE getting there and usually the time I spend there. My gym is crowded and full of "pretty people." You know what I mean - the people who actually get dress up and put their make-up on to go to the gym. The guys with huge muscles because they have nothing better to do.

Every time I go in the salespeople try to sell me personal training. And then the machines are always taken!

Am I the only one who struggles here? Then I get weird anxiety during my work out and I'm always thinking about other things I should be doing.

Maybe I need a buddy...? Anyone live in AZ and want to be my work out buddy? Anyone annoyed with the same gym issues?

I think once it becomes habit, the annoying people disappear because you're SO looking forward to getting your workout in. I used to work out after work because I hated getting up so early...but it would mess up my sleep schedule. So now, after switching it up to AM workouts (like, 5am!!) my day is SO MUCH BETTER. And the gym is empty, so it's a double plus. :)
