Recap: Communication Challenge

How did this week's challenge go for everyone?

I've gotta admit, this one pushed me a little out of my comfort zone. The person I went out of way to spark up a conversation with doesn't always see eye to eye with me. I generally think I get along well with most people, so it was hard for me to accept that this girl didn't like me very much.

You know what, though? I may have been wrong. I did what I asked all of you to do. I wrote down some conversation ideas in a notebook. I thought of topics that would be relevant and interesting to her.

Then, I took a deep gulp of air and just talked to her.

it.went.so.well.

I began to see beauty in this person that I had truly overlooked at first. I felt patience and love fill up my heart.
