Dear Self Esteem issues:
I am sick and tired of you.
I felt okay this morning...
Then I took a stupid employee photo and I feel.like.crap.
I know it's partly my fault.
I know that my bad eating habits that emerged during a sad time in my life still mingle here, but I know I'm getting better.
I should be exercising more.
But I bought a gym membership, and I feel a lot better.
How do YOU feel good about your body all of the time?
I feel like 20% of the time I feel just okay with my body.
But that is not how God intended it...
He wants us to love our bodies, because they are gifts from him.
It just makes me sad I struggle with this so much.
